今日超開心...打到人生第一個d
好慚愧, 可能好多人都懂得打drip (即是在血管放置一條導管,用來打針..)
終於掌握到個skill...要快狠準, 仲要放少少血, 如果見到d血free flow出來0甘就代表個drip成功了! 成個process, 由落針到flush到貼tegaderm少於5秒.一針過, 好爽!
在此多謝教過我打drip的人, 也要多謝給我打不成功的阿伯s.

倒數
整個八月都沒有update這個blog, 很想update一下讓各方好友知道我的近況.承接之前一兩個entry, 我終於鼓起勇氣, 在八月決定辭職, 十月中會到山頂明德醫院上任Medical-surgical & pediatrics Unit. 心情既興奮又緊張.雖然這個blog大部份entry都是埋怨工作的事, 然而回顧過去一年多在瑪麗醫院, 實在經歷了很多磨練. 體力上, 精神上都是很大的挑戰. 由最初日日都有漏洞, 日日都比手尾人, 到今日可以順利handle ill-cases; 最初6個case都要OT, 現在12個都可以準時放工......未敢肯定自己是個獨當一面的RN, 最少開始有一些make sense的decision making. 昨日簽SDR(Staff development review), 最後一句寫下了這樣的感想:"I found working in the Orthopedics and traumatology department a valuable experience. This laid a solid foundation for my career development"面對著人手緊張, 工作量大, 以及缺乏長遠的發展安排等問題, 我還是決定辭職. 好開心可以在自己的前途上有所決定, 而且是帶著gratitude的離開. 我希望在新的地方可以學多一些關於management 和customer service, 以及訓練自己可以有更強的適應能力. 哈哈, 至於clinical skills, 我相信都係會荒廢0左.... 就此懇請各界special的同學同事多多指教lor!!
中秋節快到，祝大家中秋節快樂，團圓日子要re-u 一下了!
唔知各位開學的同學仔點呢? 可以share一下.

10 days
Wow, i've been working and working and working....for consecutive 10 duties....! i just find myself getting less and less interested in the frontline. i cried out for a 100% O2 mask for a resucitation while the CEO of the Hospital Authority Mr. 胡定旭 visiting our majesty (or king..) 斌仔. Did he merely pay any attention?! there r only 4 nurses for each P and A shift in the ward.... and altogether 98 out-standing holidays for the nursing staff...and said.. itz never a man-power problem....!!
So let me be very determined, as itz really time to relocate at the early years of my career. add oil ar~!
ho la, after the tiring 10 days i finally get some free time. yesterday went to Lammar Island with Vani, and made some glass products, and had a seafood dinner as if we have not been eating for 10days!! (we had 辣酒煮花螺，炒蜆，deep fried octopus and 通菜) delicious!~ and very memorable, ahuh~
i am longing for a long vacation ~~~~ ar........
the I-day is coming up! 1st-3rd Aug...HKU i'm coming!

新一年...新houseman....真係唔好腳頭..
收症收到explode. sophie....你快d返來.....你一走就到我們收症了...!!....!!
QM portering真係唔掂. 落call成個鐘+45mins都沒有人來.個patient會行的過話已經回家去也..!! d relatives又不停吹... 一個40x人的environment, lee個話痛, 果個玩屎, 一張床未discharge又收另一個 (阿伯就嚟要孖舖)....!真係唔好同我講EQ
~~~~~~~~~~~我個同事0630開工, 經理要佢OT做到1645才走........我地唔係做office有得坐wor...一個人要行來行去10x個鐘, 仲有super concentrate...... 真係似三項鐵人wor~~~最慘係ward steward放假, 所有booking...電話....filing....入貨...都係d nurse做. (我個 ward 連alcohol prep都沒有)! 做mut事~~~~....經理也深知不妙, 出來...book NEATS...唔好玩啦經理~. 你快d收工等我地快d做完d嘢仲好!!
